Crankshaft Position Sensor: Service and Repair

Removing and installing crankshaft position sensor

Shown On Engine 137 In Model 215:

1 Remove air cleaner
2 Remove intake manifold

NOTE: Suspend intake manifold complete with inlet connection, intake air pipes and fuel rail at hood.

CAUTION: The intake manifold must not be disassembled.

3 Unplug connector (arrow) of electrical connection of crankshaft position sensor (L5) hen.
4 Remove crankshaft position sensor (L5)
- Crankshaft position sensor to engine block: 8 Nm

5 Install in the reverse order.
