Remove/Install O2 Sensor








































Remove/Install

NOTE: O2 sensors upstream TWC

1 Remove air cleaner
2 Separate plug connections of O2 sensors (G3/7x1, G3/8x1) and (G3/9x1, G3/10x1)
3 Remove O2 sensors (G3/B), (G3/9) and (G3/10)

NOTE: Remove from above.

- O2 sensor to exhaust pipe/exhaust manifold = 55 Nm
- See Special Tools below.

4 Remove ignition coil module

NOTE: Only for O2 sensor (G3/7)

5 Remove O2 sensor (G3/7)

NOTE: Remove from above.

- O2 sensor to exhaust pipe/exhaust manifold = 55 Nm
- See Special Tools below.

NOTE: O2 sensors downstream of TWC

6 Remove bottom engine compartment panel
7 Separate plug connections of O2 sensors (G3/11x1, G3/2x1) and (G3/13x1, G3/14x1)
8 Remove O2 sensors (G31/11, G3/12) and (G3/13, G3/14)

NOTE: Remove from below.

9 Install in the reverse order
