M10 X 126 mm (exhaust side)

E Collar bolt
M10 X 162 mm (inlet side)

a External torx bolts M6 X 35 mm
(to left timing case cover)

b Internal torx bolts M6 X 60 mm
(to right timing case cover)

Tightening specifications, right and left cylinder head M 137

Tighten cylinder head bolts with wrench insert.

Note: Pay attention to tightening order, see tightening diagram.

Note: If the tightening torque of a cylinder head bolt is exceeded, unscrew cylinder head bolts. Inspect length of shank (replace cylinder head bolt, if necessary) and tighten fully beginning with stage 1.

Note: Cylinder head bolts are not retightened.
