AR49.10-P-7000AU Remove/Install Complete Exhaust System

Removing and installing exhaust system complete

Shown On Model 208 With Engine 112.940:

CAUTION: On Models 202.033/093, 208.374 with Engine 113.944,113.984, observe the higher Shore hardness of the rubber mounts (9/1).

1 Disconnect connectors (G3/302x1, G3/4x1) for left and right oxygen sensors before TWC.
2 Unscrew screws (11/1) at flange connection of front exhaust system/exhaust manifold.
- If bolts are sluggish or thread is damaged, Replace rivet nuts in exhaust manifold.

3 Unscrew nuts (11/2) on support.
- Replace nuts.

4 Unscrew rear exhaust system suspension bolts (11/5)
- Inspect rubber mounts (9/1) for damage, replace if necessary.

5 Lift out exhaust system complete.

NOTE: Installation: Install exhaust system free of stress, slacken bolts (11/4), if necessary.

6 Install in the reverse order.
