Removing, Installing and replacing

Note: Change engine oil only when engine at normal operating temperature

- Replace oil filter element, drain oil filter

- Extract engine oil
- Drain engine oil

- Screw in oil drain plug. (Replace seal) 30 Nm
Pay attention to specified and approved quality grades and viscosity classes conforming to SAE

- Pour in engine oil

Caution! Risk of accident from vehicle starting off by off itself when engine running. Risk of injury from contusions and burns if you insert your hands into the engine when it is started or when it is running
- Secure vehicle to prevent it from moving by itself.
- Wear closed and close-fitting work clothes.
- Do not touch hot or rotating parts.

- Run engine and inspect for leaks

- Switch off engine

- Wait about 2 minutes after switching off warm engine before inspecting oil level
- Insert dipstick fully and leave in this position for at least 3 seconds.
