Switching over with switch

Function sequence
1 Function prerequisites
- Key in ignition lock in position 1 (C. 15R).
- Heated seats switched on to heating stage I or II.
2 When the heated seat switch is switched on to heating stage I press once to heating stage II, in heating stage II press once to heating stage I.
In heating stage I one of the LED's in the switch comes on, in heating stage II both LED's come on.
3 The heated seat control module changes the electrical power to the heating elements in the heated seats depending on the selected heating stage.

Automatic switch-over to heating stage I after expiration of heat-up time

Function sequence
1 Function prerequisites
- Key in ignition lock in position 1 (C. 15R)
- Heated seats switched on to heating stage II.
- Both LED's in heated seat switch burning.
2 After approx. 5 min. the heated seat control module switches the heated seats over to heating stage I automatically. In heating stage I the pulse modulated voltage is regulated to a switch-on time of approx. 30 %.
3 Switchover is indicated by one of the two LED's in the heated seat switch going out.
