Radiator Cooling Fan: Service and Repair

Removing, Installing Electric Fan





1 Separate connector (1) of electric fan (M4/7)
2 Press coolant line (2) out of bracket (3)
3 Take off clamps (4)
4 Lift electric fan (M4/7) up and out

NOTE:
- Installation: The two retaining studs (5) of the electric fan must be located at the bottom in the rubber mounts (6).
- Moisten the two retaining studs lightly with lubricant.

5 Install in the reverse order.
