ME-SFI fuel rail, task
Supply injection valves equally with fuel at each operating condition and at the same time reduce fuel pressure fluctuations.

ME-SFI fuel rail, design
The injection valves are inserted in the fuel distribution tube with an O-ring and a retaining clamp. Additionally the fuel pressure damper and a pressure gauge connection are integrated.

ME fuel rail, function
Prepare fuel in adequate quantity for each injection valve.
The fuel pressure damper reduces at the same time the fuel pressure fluctuations.
The pressure gauge connection with valve is used for testing the fuel pressure and for removing the pressure when carrying out assembly operations.
