Cleaning, Sealing Main Oil Gallery






1 Remove crankshaft
2 Knock out steel ball (10)
- Knock steel ball (10) out of the crankcase from the front with a round bar (08)

3 Clean oil galleries
4 Tap thread in end of main oil gallery
- M16 x 1.5, length of thread 14 mm

5 Clean oil gallery with compressed air
- Blow swarf out of the oil gallery

6 Coat plug (2) with adhesive compound and screw in
- Part no. plug 000 906 016 002

7 Install in the reverse order.
