Cleaning, Sealing Oil Return Gallery In Crankcase






1 Use a screwdriver to knock in end cover (1) at one side, press out
2 Clean oil return gallery

NOTE: The mounting hole (adhesive point) for the end cover (1) must be free of oil and grease.

3 Coat circumference of new cover with adhesive
4 Use insertion drift (09) to knock in new cover
5 Install in the reverse order.
