Install
Insert portable navigation unit straight into the holder provided for the device.

Removal
Hold bottom center of portable navigation unit and swivel upwards out of holder, pulling slightly at the same time.

Possible problems during commissioning and their remedies

1 Portable navigation unit not receiving any satellite signals.
Take portable navigation unit into the open, away from high buildings and trees. A bar display in the top left-hand corner of the screen shows the strength of the satellite signal. It can take 30 to 60 seconds to pick up the satellite signals.

2 Telephone cannot establish a connection to the "portable navigation unit (MB Streetpilot II Plus only).
Check whether the "Bluetooth" box has been activated on the portable navigation unit.
Check whether the mobile phone is switched on and is less than 10 meters away from the portable navigation unit.
