GF54.50-P-2008P Distance, Function
- MODEL 203.0 /2 /7 as of 1.7.02 up to 23.4.04

Mileage "Since start" (short-distance memory), function

Kilometers driven since the last start

Mileage "Since reset" (long-distance memory), function

Kilometers driven since the last reset

The "Since start" and "Since reset" screens for the distance driven can be activated using the system selection button (S110s3) and the scroll forward/back button (S110s1) on the multifunction steering wheel.

4 wheel speed signals are evaluated for the travel distance. The ESP and BAS control unit (N47-5) sends these signals to the instrument cluster (A1) as CAN messages on the class C (engine compartment) controller area network bus (CAN-C). The mileage count occurs in parallel with the count for the odometer function in the instrument cluster (A1).
If the display of travel time or travel distance exceeds the maximum display value, the travel time and travel distance are reset automatically in the relevant memory. This preserves the relationship between travel time and mileage.
