Component Identification:

Press out jammed rear axle shaft flange
1 Press out rear axle shaft flange (10) using extraction tool parts and a suitable drift (010x) on a stationary hydraulic press.

The diameter of the drift (010x) must be approx. 2 mm smaller than the rear axle shaft flange diameter (see detail).

Pull in rear-axle shaft flange
2 Pull rear axle shaft flange (10) into double-row angular ball bearing (8) using insertion tool.

Ensure that the pressure plate (small), part 03, abuts the bearing inner race snugly when pulling in (arrow).
