AR33.15-P-0160-02P Remove/install rubber bushing in radius rod

Special Tools:

Component Identification:

1 Identify bearing (1) relative to radius rod (2) (see picture).





2 Position press-out tool on the chamfer side (see picture).
220 589 06 43 06, 220 589 06 43 05 use press-out/press-in tool from the tool set

Component Identification:

3 Press-out bearing (1).
4 Check inside of torque strut (2).
If there are score marks on the inside of the torque strut (2), this should be replaced.

Component Identification:

5 Align bearing (1) with the side of the chamfer as per the marking (see figure).
The recess clearance (3) must point centrally towards the ball head (4), the rubber lug (5) must be in the same direction as the ball head (4) (see picture).

Component Identification:

6 Press in bearing (1) as far as the stop.
