- with CODE (614) Bi-xenon headlamp unit
- with CODE (615) Bi-xenon headlamp unit with integrated curve illumination


The exterior lights comprises the following components:
^ Left front lamp unit (E1) and right front lamp unit (E2) with the functions high beam, low beam, standing lamp/parking lamp, and turn signal lamp
^ Left front fog lamp (E5/1) and right front fog lamp (E5/2)
^ Left outside mirror turn signal lamp (E6/5) and right outside mirror turn signal lamp (E6/6)
^ Left taillamp (E3) and right taillamp (E4) with the functions taillamp, parking lamp, rear fog lamp, turn signal lamp, stop lamp, and backup lamp
^ only 211.2 additionally left rear-end door taillamp (E3/1) and right rear-end door taillamp (E4/1)
^ and center high-mounted stop lamp (E21)

These components are not actuated directly via their controls.

The various switch positions for the controls are received and analyzed via CAN Class B by the following control units. Only then are the corresponding lamps directly actuated.
^ Driver-side SAM control unit with fuse and relay module (N10/1)
^ right SAM control unit (N10/11)
^ Rear SAM control unit with fuse and relay module (N10/2)
^ Rear door control unit (N111)
^ Left front door control unit (N69/1)
^ Right front door control unit (N69/2)
