AR82.10-P-4740T Remove/Install Headlamp Unit Bracket












DANGER:
- Risk of injury from grazing or cutting body parts on sharp vehicle parts
- Always wear protective gloves when working on or near sharp and untrimmed vehicle parts.
- Deburr metal repairs.

1 Remove left front headlamp unit (E1) or right front headlamp unit (E2)
2 Mark separation point on inner bracket (1), lower bracket (2) or upper bracket (3)

NOTE: Mark at the planned separation point (arrow).

3 Saw off the inner bracket (1), lower bracket (2) or upper bracket (3)
- Saw off at the special separation point (arrow).

4 Clean and deburr sawn edges
5 Adjust the adjusting nut (4) on the inner repair bracket (5), lower repair bracket (6) or upper repair bracket (7)

NOTE: Adjust the adjusting nut (4) corresponding to the old brackets.

6 Screw the inner repair bracket (5), lower repair bracket (6) or upper repair bracket (7) onto the left front headlamp unit (E1) or right front headlamp unit (E2)
7 Install left front headlamp unit (E1) or right front headlamp unit (E2)
