Commercially Available Tools:

1. Open flap of stowage compartment (1), push stowage tray (2) toward the rear and unclip from side brackets (arrows) using a mounting wedge.

Use care when unclipping the stowage tray (2) to prevent brackets (arrows) from breaking.







2. Remove bolts (3) and fold rear paneling of front seat frame (4) downward.

Installation: Be sure to attach the roller blind (5) of the seat-back lining to the rear paneling of front seat frame (4).

3. Disconnect electrical connector (6) of right rear footwell lamp and remove rear paneling of front seat frame (4).







4. Fold front seat backrest forward and remove paneling (7) at front seat frame outside paneling (8) using a mounting wedge.







5. Remove screw (9) from front seat frame outside paneling (8).







6. Drill off rivet heads (10) at bracket (11) and completely remove bracket (11) with panelings.







7.1. Unclip front passenger partially-electric seat adjustment switch (S23/1) at front seat frame outside paneling (8).

8. Install in the reverse order.
