Location of TELE AID pushbutton switch (S93/3):
Location
In the area of the mirror base, next to hands-free micro
Purpose
- Triggering a manual TELE AID emergency call
- Signaling TELE AID operating states
Design
- Integrated LED for night lighting (circuit 58d)
- Two integrated LED's as display for operating state
- Cap for protecting against unintentional actuation
- "Sense" resistor parallel to switch contact.
Function
When the TELE AID pushbutton (S93/3) is actuated the "sense" resistor is bridged by the switch contact. This is detected by the CTEL and TELE AID transmitter/receiver, D2B (A35/17) and a TELE AID emergency call is then activated.
