AR77.50-P-6760-01R Mark Installation Position Of C-Pillar Upper Section On Vario Roof
- except CODE (P99) Special model "AMG Black Series"

Special Tool:

1. Move Vario roof to intermediate position with Vario roof switch.
2. Remove trunk lid seal (2) in area of C-pillar.
3. Completely close Vario roof with Vario roof switch.

Vario roof must be locked.

4. Determine gap between C-pillar upper section (1) and rear fender with feeler gauge (3) and note.







5. As illustrated, mark position of corner point on rear fender with suitable adhesive tape (4).

The adhesive tape (4) is the extension of the beaded edge (5) of the C-pillar top section (1).







6. Determine joint dimension (arrow) between C-pillar top section (1) and Vario roof front section (6) with feeler gauge (3) and note.
