DANGER:
Danger of severe burns to skin and eyes from hot coolant spewing out. Coolant is toxic when swallowed
- Open cooling system only when coolant temperature is below 90 degrees C. Open cover slowly and release pressure. Do not fill beverage containers with coolant. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and protective goggles.

1 Release pressure in cooling system

NOTE: For this purpose, turn radiator cap to catch "1" and close again.

2 Remove wiper system
3 Disconnect connector (5) from duovalve
4 Disconnect connector (M13x1) from coolant circulation pump
5 Slide rubber mount (1) out of retaining plate (2)
6 Attach clamps to coolant hoses (3)
- See "Special Tools" given below.

7 Release hose clamps (4), pull off coolant hoses
8 Remove heater supply unit (A31)
9 Install in opposite order.

NOTE: Installation: After completing work correct coolant level and check for leakage.
