The right front SAM control module (N10/7) has the following tasks:

Actuation:
- of headlamp cleaning system,
- exterior lights,
- the interior lighting,
- the washer fluid hose heater,
- the auxiliary water pumps.

Scanning the following switches:
- coolant level indicator switch (S41),
- washer fluid level check of windshield washer system (S42),
- glove compartment illumination with switch (E13/2)
- ATA [EDW] hood switch (S62),
- ATA switch for glove box.

Reading in following sensors
- Right front brake pad contact sensor (S10/2).

Scanning the following signals:
- Circuit 61 (reading in generator voltage).

Switching of consumers:
- Lamps of exterior lights,
- Lamps of interior lights,
- Washer nozzle heater (R2/1),
- Washer nozzle hose heater (R2/11),
- Windshield washer fluid pump (M5/1),
- HCS [SRA] pump (M5/2).

Switching the following relays:
- Motor electronics/chassis relay (K40/7kK),
- Fanfare horn relay (K40/7kP),
- Transmission oil cooler relay (external relay),
- CDI relay (K40/7kM).

The right front SAM control module (N10/7) is connected to the interior CAN for the exchange of data.
