C. Assembly Instruction





1. Install padded belt (9) with locking pin (8) (Figure 23) on fabric tensioning bow (2) in the area of the C-pillar. Refer to Figure 8.





2. Fasten elastic bands with push-button (18) on the guide of the rear wall window (Figure 24).





3. Fasten top clip of water pocket with rivet (13) (Figure 25).





4. Fasten elastic band and covering together with the plastic clip and headliner tensioning strap from the inside on the center rear wall window mount using a short rivet (14) (Figure 26).





5. Guide the C-pillar elastic band through the fabric tensioning bow (2) and fasten from underneath with bolt (12) (Figure 27).





6. Pull up fabric tensioning bow (2) slightly and clip the retaining bracket for fastening the tension cable (15) (Figure 28) of the rear wall window into the fabric tensioning bow (2).





7. Rivet water pocket clip through fabric tensioning bow (2) (Figure 27), and the two narrow clips. Guide all three around the fabric tensioning bow (5) (Figure 29).





8. The long elastic band or strap must be fixed into position with the long rivet (7) (Figure 30). The strap goes from the corner of the lower rear wall window frame on the top frame of the corner of the C-pillar/fabric tensioning bow (2). Do not rivet yet.





9. Stick surfaces (20) with double-sided adhesive tape (Figure 31). This is for fastening the padded mat to the main pillar (11) and fabric tensioning bow (2) (Figure 8).

10. Fasten the padded mat to fabric tensioning bow (2) and main pillar (11) (Figure 8). The position is specified by the perforation on the woven net cloth.





11. Rivet the plastic clip (corner of C-pillar) together with the long elastic band or strap fixed in position beforehand. Rivet with rivet (7) (Figure 32).





12. Insert pinch roll of soft top canvas of main pillar (11) (Figure 8) in the clamping duct of the roof frame. The three clamps (17) must be installed at the marked points (Figure 33). The lower pinch roll guide must be inserted into the corresponding opening in the roof frame profile.

13. Attach retaining rail with bolts (3). Do not tighten yet.

14. Install seal for fabric tensioning bow (2).

15. Fully tighten bolts (3)





16. Install seal (4) (Figure 34) in main pillar (11) (Figure 11).

17. Use assembly wedge to press into guide.
