PROCEDURE FOR REPLACING FUEL PUMP AND FUEL FILTER MODULES

In cases of complaints involving fuel pumps or fuel filters, replace only the faulty module related to the respective component.

Replace modules in pairs only when both modules are diagnosed faulty.

The procedure above applies also in cases of complaints involving fuel level sensors.

Note:
^ Fuel level sensors on Model 221 can be replaced separately.

^ Fuel level sensors on Model 203 with PZEV fuel tank; replace the fuel tank as the fuel level float is not available separately.

^ Always included the printed-out test steps with the respective faulty components when submitting a warranty return.
