1 Align mounting plate (10) on telephone console (12) as illustrated and drill hole pattern (diam. = 2 mm).
2 Screw mounting plate (10) to telephone console (12) using provided sheet metal screws (11).

Top screw is shorter.







3 Attach CTEL holder (1) and lead wires out at bottom (arrow) of telephone console (12).
