- Before carrying out further repair measures, process all fault codes shown in control unit N15/5 (Electronic selector lever module (ESM [EWM])).
Possible cause and remedy

- If fault code P1925 was filed as stored in the fault memory but there is no current customer complaint, this fault code may be deleted.
- If fault code P1925 was filed as current in the fault memory, drive authorization is not granted.
- Process displayed fault codes in control module EZS.
- If all displayed fault codes in control unit EZS were processed and the current fault code P1925 is still shown in control unit N15/5 (Electronic selector lever module (ESM [EWM])), the complete floor shift must be replaced.

- The work procedure prescribed in section 'Initial startup' must be followed in all cases.
