3 Route branch-off line from wiring harness of telephone (2) to the handset transmitter/ receiver connector (X39/5) in the center console in the area of the heating controls.

4 Route telephone wiring harness (2) in cable duct in front of driver side and/or passenger side.
X30/8 Wakeup signal connector
X30/12 Connector for radio mute
X39/5 Handset transmitter and receiver connector
5 Route green/black lead (gn/sw) for telephone wiring harness (2) to radio mute connector (X30/12) to left A-pillar and insert into chamber 1 for green connector.
6 Remove cover for interior fuse box (F34) on left of instrument panel.
7 Route branch-off line from wiring harness to the interior fuse box (F34) and connect to light blue fuse location A (arrow).
8 Route branch-off line to the front SAM control module with fuse and relay module (N10/1) along the A-pillar and connect at connecting location 23.
9 Route blue/black lead (bl/sw) from telephone wiring harness (2) to wakeup signal connector (X30/8) on right A-pillar and insert into chamber 3 for black connector.
10 Route telephone wiring harness (2) and microphone wiring harness in right cable duct.
11 Insert separation point for microphone (X58/3) into the cable duct on the right rear door.
12 Route branch-off lines from wiring harness (2) of roof antenna connector (X1/16) to righthand C-pillar and connect at the antenna line. Fasten wiring harness with adhesive felt.
13 Route branch-off line from telephone wiring harness (2) into the trunk.
14 Connect the two wiring harness connectors (2) to telephone transmitter/receiver D2B (A35/13).
Do not kink optical waveguide (1).
15 Connect brown wire (br) to ground (right wheel housing in trunk) (W7).
16 Route microphone wiring harness (3) at the right A-pillar to the headliner and behind the headliner to the overhead control panel (arrow).
17 Connect microphone wiring harness (3) at microphone of hands-free system (B25).
