AN91.25-P-0001-01P Retrofit Air Cushion On Driver's Seat Backrest







1. Knock the air cushion (1) in up to the stamped bend at the lower lateral bars and feed it in between the two lower cross bars from the rear.
2. Turn front side of air cushion (1) upwards.







3. Insert the air cushion (1) with the two pre-stamped tabs onto the upper cross bars.
Ensure that the air cushion is properly seated.







4. Feed the pneumatic lines (1a) as shown, through the opening in the backrest frame (3).
Make sure that installed lines cannot be chafed nor kinked.

5. Bolt the lateral air cushion (5, 6) to the backrest frame.







6. Connect the pneumatic lines for the lateral air cushion on the backrest side using the pneumatic wiring harness.
Fasten the pneumatic lines on the rear of the backrest using tie straps (arrow).
