1 Bolt mounting for handset (5) with bolts (4) onto telephone sidewall (12) at pre-punched fastening holes.
2 Insert cover (6).






3 Insert telephone handset (A34) into mounting for handset (5).
4 Clip telephone handset connector (A34x1) for adapter cable (8) from inside into the telephone sidewall (12).
Securing lug of connector must point upwards (arrow).

5 Connect telephone handset connector (A34x1) from outside.






6 Connect handset transmitter/receiver connector (X39/5) to telephone wiring harness.
7 Insert telephone sidewall (12) into the sidewall of the instrument panel (arrow).
Telephone sidewall (12) will be bolted onto the center console later with the bolts.
