1. Drill dia. 15 mm hole (C) into air conditioner housing.

Pay attention to dimensions (A) and (B).
Dimension A = 30 mm
Dimension B = 25 mm

2. Extract chips from vehicle interior and from air conditioner housing using a vacuum cleaner.

At air conditioner housing through drilled hole.

3. Seal hole with sealing washer A 110 987 10 44.

After cleaning the evaporator.
