AZ82.60-P-0001-01TXX Retrofit iPod Interface Wiring Harness

Component Identification:

1 Route interface wiring harness (1) into radio recess and fasten in place.
2 Connect standard radio connector to radio adapter connector of interface wiring harness (1) and stow in lower area of radio recess.

Interface coupling to be connected to iPod interface at a later time.

3 Route branch-off line with interface coupling (4) into front passenger footwell.

Interface coupling to be connected to iPod interface at a later time.

Do not damage the interface wiring harness by squeezing or pinching it.







Vehicles with MOST special equipment

4 If installed, remove MOST connector (22) from standard radio connector and install into radio adapter connector (3) of interface wiring harness.

Risk of breakage: Do not kink fiber optic cable and do not route over sharp edges or bend in radii smaller than 25 mm. Tensile forces on inserts must not exceed 65 N. Do not squeeze fiber optic cable and do not compress with clamps or cable ties.


Radio adapter connector is connected at a later time.
