GF91.25-P-2012TX Dynamic Lumbar Support Via Pulse Switch On The Dynamic Seat, Function
- with CODE (433) Left dynamic seat including multicontour seat
- with CODE (434) Right dynamic seat including multicontour seat

Function requirements
^ no leakage error in the lumbar support area
^ Voltage not too high or too low
^ No excess temperature
^ Circuit 15R "ON"
^ circuit 15 "On"

The "dynamic lumbar support" program is started using the left front PULSE switch (S109s1) and takes approx. 8 min. If the program is active, then this is indicated through the LED in the left front PULSE switch (S109s1) or right front PULSE switch (S108s1).

Function
At the beginning, the current nominal pressure is buffered in the active lumbar support air cushions. Starting with the currently active lumbar support air cushions, pulsation takes place one by one in all lumbar support air cushions in the following sequence: bottom of lumbar support and top of lumbar support. Pulsation is accomplished in pressure steps of p = 50 mbar either up or down, so that the system always passes through a pressure difference of 100 mbar. The dwell time on a pressure level takes t = 5 s (sequence is parameterizable).

The valves in the air cushions are actuated by the left front dynamic seat control unit (N32/19) for the driver seat and by the right front dynamic seat control unit (N32/22) for the passenger seat. The air supply necessary to fill the air cushions is ensured by the pneumatic pump for dynamic seat control (M40/1).
