AR28.10-P-1000-20P Removing and installing intermediate gear front axle gear drive shaft and hollow shaft

Removing





1. Remove magnet (21).
2. Mark top of intermediate gear (18) (arrow) and remove.

The intermediate gear must be marked to prevent its running direction from being reversed when installing.





3. Counter hollow shaft (19) from below.
4. Detach locking ring (20a) using a suitable pair of pliers and remove washer (20b).
5. Remove front axle gear drive shaft (20) upwards and hollow shaft (19) downwards.

Installing
6. Install in the reverse order.
