Function
The driver seat can be manually adjusted using the left front seat adjustment switch group (S91/2), the front passenger seat using the right front seat adjustment switch group (S92/2).

Switch actuation on example of driver seat
By pressing the seat fore/aft switch (S91/2s1) the driver seat can be moved forward or backward.

By pressing the seat rear raise/lower switch (S91/2s2) the rear seat height can be adjusted; using the seat front raise/lower switch (S91/2s3) the front seat height can be adjusted.

By pressing the head restraint raise/lower switch (S91/2s4) the head restraint can be moved up or down.

By pressing the backrest switch (S91/2s5) the backrest inclination can be adjusted.

An adjustment request using the left front seat adjustment switch group (S91/2) is forwarded by the left front door control unit (N69/1) via the Controller Area Network bus Class B (interior) (CAN-B) to the driver-side front seat adjustment control unit with memory (N32/1), which then activates the left front seat adjustment motor group with memory (M27) accordingly.
