Solar Sensor: Service and Repair

AR83.40-P-6720T Remove/Install Sun Sensor
- with CODE (581b) Convenience automatic air conditioning







1 Disconnect ground cable of battery
2 Open engine hood and raise to vertical position
3 Remove expanding clips (1) and unclip cover (2) from engine hood

NOTE: To do this, fold back the insulating mat (3) in the area of the cover (2).

4 Disconnect electrical connector (4) from C-AAC sun sensor (4 in total) (B32/2)
5 Unclip C-AAC sun sensor (4 in total) (B32/2) out of the vent grille (5)

NOTE: Installation: The arrow on the housing of the C-AAC sun sensor (4 in total) (B32/2) must point in the direction of travel.

6 Install in the reverse order.
