Component Identification:

1 Clean surface of E-net compensator (A28/3) and back of cellular telephone system splitter (2) and glue double-sided adhesive tape strips contained in delivery contents onto back of cellular telephone system splitter (2).
2 Glue cellular telephone system splitter (2), as shown, with distance (a) to outer edge of E-net compensator (A28/3) and also fix in place with cable tie (10).

Distance (a) must be adhered to, as otherwise vehicle/ cellular telephone system splitter antenna line (8) chafes in area of white 1-pin connector against body.

Dimensions:
a =5 mm

3 Plug black coupling of cellular telephone system splitter/ compensator antenna line (6) onto connector (arrow A) at E-net compensator (A28/3).

4 Plug black coupling of vehicle/cellular telephone system splitter antenna line (8) into connector of vehicle antenna line (9) and wrap felt tape around connector created.
5 Plug black coupling of cellular telephone system splitter/InCar Hotspot antenna line (7) onto connector (arrow B) at cellular telephone system splitter (2).
6 Route cellular telephone system splitter/InCar Hotspot antenna line (7) along existing wiring harness to planned installation location of InCar Hotspot and fix in place with cable ties.

7 Remove screws/bolts (11) in trunk, guide rear SAM control unit with fuse and relay module (N10/2) out of bracket (12) toward rear and tip onto side.
8 Release bracket (13) at rear SAM control unit with fuse and relay module (N10/2) and fold away.
9 Route black line (sw) with brown fuse carrier (3) to fuse strip at right of rear SAM control unit with fuse and relay module (N10/2) and lock bracket (13).
10 Plug brown fuse carrier (3) into slot "133" of rear SAM control unit with fuse and relay module (N10/2) and lock.

Individual slots are numbered on housing of rear SAM control unit with fuse and relay module (N10/2).

11 Plug Bordeaux red fuse carrier (4) into slot "147" of rear SAM control unit with fuse and relay module (N10/2) and lock.

If slot "147" is occupied, slot "145" or slot "146" is to be used as an alternative.

12 Plug fuse 133 (N10/2f133) into brown fuse carrier (3) and fuse 147 (N10/2f147) into Bordeaux red fuse carrier (4).

If slot "147" is occupied, slot "145" or slot "146" is to be used as an alternative.
Fuse 133 (N10/2f133) and fuse 147 (N10/2f147) must have a fuse rating of 7.5 A.

13 Position rear SAM control unit with fuse and relay module (N10/2) in bracket (12) and tighten screws/bolts (11).
14 Wrap felt tape around red line (rt) and black line (sw) in area of support of left top rear rear shelf reinforcement (arrow C) and route to installation location of InCar Hotspot, as shown.

In area of support of left top rear rear shelf reinforcement (arrow C), make sure that red line (rt) and black line (sw) cannot chafe.

15 Fasten brown line (br) at left wheel arch trunk ground (W6).
16 Route brown line (br) along existing wiring harness and fix in place with cable ties.

18 Unclip dowel (15) at bag holder (16) and clip into corresponding supports in body.

Bag holder (16) is no longer required.

19 Fasten screws/bolts M4 16 (17) with nuts (18), as shown, at InCar Hotspot (1) and loosely tighten additional nuts (19).

Nuts (18) are used as spacers.

20 Hook top paneling (14) in supports at body, guide white 4-pin coupling (5) and violet coupling of cellular telephone system splitter/InCar Hotspot antenna line (7) through drilled hole in top paneling (14) and fix top paneling (14) in place with an expansion clip.
21 Equip screws/bolts (21) of bag holder with washers contained in delivery contents and fasten holder (20) to body.

22 Insert a sharpened punch (22) with a diameter of 2 mm into holes in holder (20) and punch body at this point.
23 Coat screw/bolt (23) with grease and screw into resulting opening.

24 Insert InCar Hotspot (1) in bracket (20) and tighten nuts (19).
25 Connect white 4-pin coupling and violet coupling of cellular telephone system splitter/InCar Hotspot antenna line at InCar Hotspot (1).
26 Clip bag hooks (24) contained in delivery contents into holder (20).
