It regulates the shift pressure.





Function
The shift pressure is determined by the shift pressure regulating solenoid valve (Y3/6y2) and the shift pressure regulating valve. Additional pressure is applied to the shift pressure regulating valve at the ring surface of the multi-disk clutch K2. This serves to reduce the shift pressure in 2nd gear.
