Component Identification:

The knock-on balancing weight must be mounted on the impact extractor (02) such that the impact travel is short. This prevents impact against the body when the pinion housing (2) is pulled out.
1 Mount extraction tool (03) on drive flange (4).
2 Mount impact extractor (02) on extraction tool (03).
3 Pull pinion housing (2) out of front axle differential (1).
