Daytime Running Lamp Control Unit: Service and Repair

AZ82.10-P-0020-03V Retrofit Daytime Running Lights Control Unit






1 Remove left clip (30) from front bumper.
2 Position left daytime running lights control unit (2.2), as shown, to the bumper reinforcement (29) and drill two holes with a diameter of 6.5 mm corresponding to the fastening points.

3 Tighten left daytime running lights control unit (2.2) using the nuts and screws/bolts (28) included in the parts kit on the bumper reinforcement (29).






4 Install left clip (30) onto front bumper.
5 Remove right clip (30) from front bumper.
6 Position right daytime running lights control unit (2.1), as shown, to the bumper reinforcement (29) and drill two holes with a diameter of 6.5 mm corresponding to the fastening points.

7 Tighten right daytime running lights control unit (2.1) using the nuts and screws/bolts (28) included in the parts kit on the bumper reinforcement (29).
8 Install right clip (30) onto front bumper.






9 Connect black 3-pin coupling (5) of daytime running lights wiring harness (7) with black 3-pin connector (6) of left daytime running lights control unit (2.2).
10 Connect black 2-pin coupling (3) of left daytime running lights headlamp with black 2-pin connector (4) of left daytime running lights control unit (2.2).






11 Connect black 3-pin coupling (5) of daytime running lights wiring harness (7) with black 3-pin connector (6) of right daytime running lights control unit (2.1).
12 Connect black 2-pin coupling (3) of right daytime running lights headlamp with black 2-pin connector (4) of right daytime running lights control unit (2.1).
