Component Identification:

Removing
1 Using extraction and insertion tool, pull supporting ball joint out of wheel carrier (7).
2 Remove extraction and insertion tool with supporting joint (7a).

Component Identification:

Install
3 Attach insertion tool with supporting ball joint (7a) to wheel carrier (7).
4 Draw the supporting ball joint (7a) into the wheel carrier (7) in the direction of travel using insertion tool (7).
The supporting joint (7a) is correctly pulled in when it is seated in the center of the wheel carrier eye (7b).
