GF27.19-P-1112CW RPM Sensor Component Description

GF27.19-P-1112CW Rpm sensor component description
- Transmission 722.6

Component Identification:

Location
RPM sensor 2 and RPM sensor 3 are rigidly connected to the supporting body of the electrical controller unit via contact blades.

Task
The signals of RPM sensor 2 and RPM sensor 3 are recorded together with the wheel speeds and engine speeds as well as other information in the electronic transmission control control unit (N15/3) and are the input signal for the electronic control.

Component Identification:

Function
By a leaf spring which is supported on the valve body of the valve body assembly, RPM sensor 2 and RPM sensor 3 are pressed against the transmission housing. As a result a defined distance is ensured between the RPM sensor 2 and the associated exciter ring and between RPM sensor 3 and the associated exciter ring.

RPM sensor 2 records via the external plate carrier of the multi-disk clutch K1 the rotational speed of the front sun gear and RPM sensor 3 records via the internal plate carrier of the multi-disk clutch K1 the rotational speed of the front planet carrier.
