- TRANSMISSION 711.6, 716.6 in MODEL 204.0, 207
- TRANSMISSION 716.670 in MODEL 212

Component Identification:

Remove output flange
1 Counterhold output flange (1) with pin wrench (01).
2 Remove collar nut (2) from main shaft (3) using socket wrench bit (02) and connection piece (03).

Component Identification:

3 Loosen seized output flange (1) using puller (04) and remove.

Check output flange
4 Inspect sealing surface of output flange (1) for traces of wear, corrosion and damage; install new output flange (1) if necessary.

Component Identification:

Install output flange
5 Push output flange (1) onto main shaft (3).
6 Counterhold output flange (1) using pin wrench (01) and tighten collar nut (2) using socket wrench bit (02) and connection piece (03).
Install new collar nut (2).
7 Secure collar nut (2) by striking collar into groove (arrow) of main shaft (3) using punch.
