Function of heated driver or front passenger seats
The heated seats HS [SIH] heats the seat cushions and the backrests of the driver or front passenger seat via the integrated heated cushions (R13/1, R13/2 or R13/3, R13/4). The heat output can be adjusted in three heating stages.
The different heating stages are achieved by means of pulsed actuation of the heated cushions (R13/1, R13/2 or R13/3, R13/4). The heated seats HS [SIH] are operated via the left front HS [SIH] switch (N72/1s10) or the right front HS [SIH] switch (N72/1s11), which are read in by the upper control panel control unit (N72/1 In the process, the function conditions are displayed via three red LEDs in the left front HS [SIH] switch (N72/1s10) or in the right front HS [SIH] switch (N72/1s11).
Function of the left or right rear seat heater
(with code (872) Electrically heated left and right rear seats)
The heated seats HS [SIH] heat up the seat cushions, backrests, and the side pieces of the left or right rear seats via the integrated heated cushions (R13/5, R13/6, R13/9 or R13/7, R13/8, R13/10). The heat output can be adjusted in three heating stages.
The different heating stages are achieved by means of pulsed actuation of the heated cushions (R13/5, R13/6, R13/9 or R13/7, R13/8, R13/10).
The heated seats HS [SIH] of the left rear seat are operated via the left rear HS [SIH] switch (S51/3s2), which is read in by the left rear door control unit (N69/3) via the switching bus (S BUS).
The heated seats HS [SIH] of the right rear seat are operated via the right rear HS [SIH] switch (S51/4s2), which is read in by the right rear door control unit (N69/4) via the switching bus (S BUS). In the process, the function conditions are displayed via three LEDs in the left rear HS [SIH] switch (S51/3s2) or in the right rear HS [SIH] switch (S51/4s2).
