Brake system
- Perform brake test on test stand.
- Enter brake values in kilonewton:
Vehicle Interior
- Reset service indicator in instrument cluster
- Night View Assist camera - clean windshield behind the camera cover
- Check horn for proper operation
- Check instument cluster indicator lamps and interior illumination for proper operation
- Check windshield wipers, windshield washer system, headlamp cleaning system for proper operation
- Check seat belts and buckles for external damage and correct operation
Complete wheels, brakes
- Check complete wheels for damage and crack formation, measure tread depth and enter in millimeters:
- Front and rear axle: Check brake lining thickness
Note: Only if no customer interview has been conducted
- Check/correct tire pressure and enter in bar or psi.
Underside of vehicle
- Check all visible parts for leaks and damage
Note: In the case of fluid loss, determine the cause and rectify, subject to a separate invoice
- Front axle: Check ball joints for play, check condition of rubber boots
- Check condition of flex discs
- Check tie rod joints and drag link joints for play, check rubber boots for condition
Vehicle front end, vehicle rear end
- Check and correct the adjustment of the headlamps
- Check condition of wiper blades

Trunk
- Check expiration date of TIREFIT tire repair kit and enter here
Except code (669) spare tire on steel rim, except code (690) compact spare tire as emergency wheel

- Trunk illumination: check function
Engine Compartment
- Check all visible parts for leakage and damage

- Engine hood: Check latch and latch hook for ease of movenet
Replace components no matter how indignificant the faults may be
- Check poly-V-belt for wear and damage

- Check and correct battery fluid level

In the event of leakage, determine the cause and eliminate subject to separate repair invoice
- Power steering: check/correct fluid level
