The setting "global/selective" unlocking of the vehicle can be changed for more than five seconds by simultaneously actuating the remote control buttons "Unlocking" and "Locking". The battery check lamp blinks twice to confirm the change.
Convenience actuation
The signals for convenience actuation are only transmitted via infrared, not via radio!
Mechanical key
The mechanical key can be removed completely from the remote control key after the unlocking button is pressed. When unlocking or locking the vehicle with the mechanical key the central locking and the anti-theft alarm (ATA) are not actuated.
Battery check
When a button is actuated the battery indicator lamp comes on indicating the proper state of the battery (two button cells) in the remote control key.
