AR68.10-P-1400R Remove/Install Glove Compartment

1 Unclip right paneling (2) from retaining clips with assembly wedge and remove
2 Unscrew screw (3)
3 Remove cover below instrument panel on right
4 Unscrew bolts (4)
5 Open glove compartment lid and unclip cover (5) from instrument panel with assembly wedge
6 Unscrew screw (6)
7 Unscrew the bolts (7).
8 Remove glove compartment (1)

NOTE: Until electrical connectors (8) are accessible

9 Disconnect electrical connectors (8) from glove compartment illumination with switch (E13/2)
10 Remove vent hose (9)
11 Unhook control cable (10)

NOTE: Installation: Ensure that control cable (10) has sufficient play

12 Remove earphone connector (11)

NOTE: For this purpose remove trim ring (12) and press ear phone connector (11) through mounting hole.

13 Install in the reverse order
