Function
The washer nozzle heater (R2/1) and the washer fluid hose heater (R2/11) are automatically switched on if:
^ Circuit 61 ON (engine running) and
^ an outside temperature below 5 °C is detected.

Switch off is accomplished automatically when:
^ Term. 61 OFF (motor OFF) or
^ an outside temperature above 8 °C is detected.

Actuation of heating elements
The washer nozzle heater (R2/1) and the washer nozzle hose heater (R2/11) are actuated by the passenger-side SAM control unit (N10/11).
