Adjusting

NOTE: During entire work ensure that transitions and gaps (arrows A) between glove compartment lid (1) and instrument panel (2) as well as paneling (3) and paneling (4) are uniform.

1 Screw in stop buffer (7)
2 Loosen screws (5) and adjust transition and gap width (arrows A) by moving lock (6) in direction of arrow (arrow B)
3 Tighten screws (5)
4 Unscrew both stop buffers (7) until glove compartment lid (1) makes contact
5 Check glove compartment lid (1) for easy motion and proper function, if necessary repeat adjustment
