Error Message "Tire pressure control indicator defective" in Instrument Cluster (Siemens Systems Only)

If you receive customer reports in the above model vehicles of an error message "Tire pressure control indicator defective" in the instrument cluster, the cause may be an error in the hardware of the TPM control module. If the condition is reproducible and the TPMS system has otherwise been verified to be functioning correctly (tire pressures are set correctly and wheel sensor function has been verified with the MB200E), the TPM control module should be replaced. Refer to WIS document AR40.15-P-0100R.

NOTE: Remember with all TPMS repairs, a control unit log is required with the returned control module.
