AZ82.60-P-0001-03CW Retrofit iPod Interface

1 Wind self-adhesive felt tape (21) around the iPod interface (3), as shown, at the side with the plug socket for the iPod wiring harness (see arrow).
2 Attach felt tape (22), as shown, onto iPod interface (3).

Adhesion surfaces must be clean, dry and free of grease.










3 Connect interface wiring harness (2) coupling (1) to iPod interface (3).
4 Route the AUX jack wiring harness (6) into the upper area of the cutout between the instrument panel and the A-pillar (arrow).

Installation of the AUX connection depends on the vehicle equipment.

5 Position iPod interface (3) onto A-pillar and fasten to A-pillar using Velcro strip.

Adhesion surfaces must be clean, dry and free of grease. If required, the iPod interface (3) additionally has to be secured in place with self-adhesive felt tape.

6 Connect iPod wiring harness (5) connector (4) to iPod interface (3).
