Remove multifunction antenna electrical connector (A28/11x1) from bracket (12) and disconnect.
The color of the multifunction antenna electrical connector (A28/11x1) is black.

Affix Velcro strip (13) to rear of mobile radio splitter (2).

Place mobile radio splitter (2) in vehicle in vicinity of multifunction antenna electrical connector (A28/11x1).
Connect disconnected connector of multifunction antenna electrical connector (A28/11x1) to black 1-pin coupling (7.1) of the vehicle/mobile radio splitter antenna line.
Connect disconnected coupling of multifunction antenna electrical connector (A28/11x1) to the black 1-pin connector (4.1) of the mobile radio splitter/vehicle antenna line (4).

Pull off carrier film of previously affixed Velcro strip, lift foam material (14) and affix mobile radio splitter (2) to body as shown.
Connect black 1-pin connector (3.1) of mobile radio splitter/InCar Hotspot antenna line (3) to the radio splitter (2) and route to rear shelf along existing lines.

Route mobile radio splitter/InCar Hotspot antenna line (3) along rear shelf to InCar Hotspot (1).
Connect mobile radio splitter/InCar Hotspot antenna line (3) to InCar Hotspot (1).

Connect power supply wiring harness (6) to InCar Hotspot (1) and route along existing lines to rear SAM control unit with fuse and relay module (N10/2).
Secure power supply wiring harness (6) and mobile radio splitter/InCar Hotspot antenna line in vicinity of rear shelf with several strips of felt tape.
Secure power supply wiring harness (6) with cable ties.

Route brown line (br) of power supply wiring harness behind the rear SAM control unit with fuse and relay module (N10/2) to the right wheel arch trunk ground point (W7) and connect.

Check whether a fuse has been installed in slot (arrow A) of rear SAM control unit with fuse and relay module (N10/2).
If a fuse has been installed in the slot (arrow A), carry out the following operation steps accordingly at one of the slots (arrows B, C or D).

Detach yellow fuse carrier (15) from rear SAM control unit with fuse and relay module and open lock (15.1).

Open lock (15.3) of yellow fuse carrier (15).
Pin black line (sw) of power supply wiring harness into second contact cavity (15.2) of yellow fuse carrier (15).
Close lock (15.3) of yellow fuse carrier (15).
Insert fuse (16) into yellow fuse carrier (15) and close lock (15.1).
The fuse rating is 7,5 A.

Attach yellow fuse carrier (15) to rear SAM control unit with fuse and relay module.

Check whether the slot (arrow E) has been installed at the rear SAM control unit with fuse and relay module (N10/2) and whether a fuse has been inserted.
The slot (arrow E) on the rear of the rear SAM control unit with fuse and relay module (N10/2) is marked with "10R". If a fuse has been inserted in the slot (arrow E) or the slot (arrow E) is not present, continue with operation step 27.

Open lock (17.1) of black coupling housing (17).
Pin red line (rt) of power supply wiring harness into contact cavity 2 of the black coupling housing (17).
Contact cavity 2 of the black coupling housing (17) is marked.

Close lock (17.1) of black coupling housing (17).

Plug black coupling (17) into slot "10R" on rear of rear SAM control unit with fuse and relay module (N10/2).

Insert a fuse with a fuse rating of 7.5 A into slot (arrow E).
Only perform the following operation steps if the slot (arrow E) at the rear SAM control unit with fuse and relay module (N10/2) was occupied or if it was not present.

Select a free slot (arrows F, G, H and K).

Detach fuse carrier (20) from rear SAM control unit with fuse and relay module.
Open lock (20.1) of fuse carrier (20).

Disconnect SLK contact (18) of red line (rt) of power supply wiring harness.
Crimp an SLK 2.8 contact (19) to the red line (rt) of the power supply wiring harness.

Open lock (20.3) of fuse carrier (20).
Pin red line (rt) of power supply wiring harness into second contact cavity (20.2) of fuse carrier (20).
